Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your charter or provide alternative options. Your comfort and safety are our main concerns.
There are no strict age restrictions for our charters. However, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also provide life jackets for younger guests to ensure their safety.
We recommend bringing personal items such as swimwear, sunscreen, and any preferred snacks or beverages. While we provide basic amenities, feel free to bring anything that will enhance your experience.
Yes, we have a cancellation policy in place. Deposits are non-refundable, and if you need to cancel you booking please do let us know at least 4 days before your booking. Otherwise cancellation within 72 hours before pay 25% of the booking price, within 48 hours pay 50% of the booking price and within 24 hours pay 100% of the booking price.
